Founder, Ira Charles White
Ira Charles White is a native of San Jose, California, and a graduate of Lewis-Clark University in Business Management. Ira has pursued his passion of advocating for youth and families with over 35 years of non-profit experience with agencies such as Junior Achievement, Big Brothers of King County of Washington State and culminating as the Director of the Midlands Youth Initiative at United Way of the Midlands in Columbia, SC. He has also completed leadership training under Dr. Myles Munroe and is currently one of the top 30 multi-tenet sales representatives in the country for Charter Communications.
Ira specializes in creating youth mentoring and fatherhood accountability programs. As a result of being a Division 1 student-athlete, He has used that successful experience in sports to teach youth conflict resolution, manhood training, and building healthy relationships within families and communities. Ira became a licensed minister in 2009. He and his wife, Nicole, along with a team of servant leaders, have established Pure Dominion Ministries, a training and outreach ministry, to address educational and social disparities in the Greater Columbia area. He also serves as a facilitator for youth shelters and marginalized communities to create opportunities for personal and professional development for those in need. Ira is passionate about cultivating young men and transitioning families from crisis to self-sufficiency thereby changing the culture of communities.
Nicole Spain White
Nicole Spain White is a native South Carolinian and graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Psychology. She has done graduate work at the University of South Carolina and completed leadership training under Dr. Myles Munroe and Dr. Cindy Trimm. Mrs. White has invested 31 years of service within children and family professional and ministerial services including being the past President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Columbia, Inc. She is a certified executive and personal coach and Cornell University certified Diversity
and Inclusion trainer. She is a certified Family Dynamics Institute marriage facilitator, a Master ACE’s Trainer, a former State of South Carolina Victims’ Assistance Provider and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Nicole is the founder of Life of EXCELLENCE, a coaching company that serves the Southeast assisting clients in redefining their maximum capacity. She specializes in changing mindsets using destiny driven strategies while increasing success in marriages, families and business relationships. Nicole was called to the ministry in 1998 and is an ordained elder and pastor. She and her husband, Ira, along with a team of servant leaders, have established Pure Dominion Ministries, a training and outreach ministry, whose mission is to be GAP-Fillers in the Body of Christ while helping others discover and pursue their God-given purpose.
